Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club is now booked in advance via a weekly Google form and must be paid in advance through ParentPay. (Your child will need to be “assigned” to the breakfast club on Parentpay so if you do intend to use this service, please email virtualoffice@kingsholm.gloucs.sch.uk, with your child’s name)
The Breakfast Club provides parents, many of whom work, with affordable before-school childcare, in a safe environment in which children socialise, learn and grow together. This service provides you with peace of mind, that your child will enjoy the benefits of a good breakfast to start their day, and opportunities to develop lasting friendships.
During the time the children are at Breakfast Club, they will take part in lots of exciting activities to stimulate them before school, as well as enjoy a substantial breakfast with their friends. Food on offer to the children includes hot toast with a variety of toppings and a range of cereals.
The Breakfast Club runs Monday to Friday during term time at £3:50 per session, this includes breakfast.

Any outstanding debts for Breakfast Club must be cleared before a place can be offered, as per the school policy.
The Breakfast Club operates from the school dining hall from 7:45 am — 8:40 am. Parents must bring their children to the Breakfast Club entry door between 7:45—8:15 am, as only parents who have booked and pre-paid will be able to leave their children. The entrance can be found opposite the main entrance to the school.
Cool Kids Club
Places are strictly limited and pre-bookable only. Please email the virtual office to be added to the list of parents who receive the weekly request form via SchoolPing. The booking link is sent every Friday afternoon and the closes the following Wednesday. Confirmation messages are then sent on a Thursday once ParentPay payments have been checked.
The ‘Cool Kids Club’ provides your child with afterschool care, in a safe, secure and fun environment.
The Club provides opportunities to join in with a wide variety of games, construction, dolls, tents, computer activities, arts and crafts and lots more. A healthy snack prepared by adults and children is available during the afternoon.
The club runs Monday to Friday during term time at the following times:
Monday- Thursday 3:30pm - 5:30pm
Friday 3:30pm - 4:30pm
All payments must be on ParentPay in advance of children attending.

The following costs apply:
3:30pm - 4:30pm (a short session) = £6.00
3:30pm - 5:30pm (a long session) = £12.00
The Club is run by school staff who nurture and encourage all the children to have fun and meet new friends.
